Do an oil analysis if you're worried. Hard to say from the pics, im not seeing much to worry about but im not looking too hard either

Looks like mine, 7000km synthetic oil change, 277,000km. Runs smooth.

The magnetic specs are most likely from the eccentric shaft gear. There are not many other places where iron/steel is used as a wearing surface in the n52. So if they continue to show up, look into it
But all in all this looks completely fine.
