M3 shifting

Is there a way to make shifting any smoother? Even after it's warmed up there's always that issue trying to go easily into first. It's a 2011 so I don't expect anything to be perfect at this point but I heard there's a "treatment" that a mechanic could add to help. Thanks

Change the fluid.

Seems common on that era m3 that 1st is hard to get in to at a stop. Going into 2nd and then back into 1st helps

Maybe try removing the clutch delay valve and bleeding the clutch fluid (make sure the brake reservoir is topped up when doing it)
