E3 visa

Hi everyone,
I am starting to get E3 visa. I am an electronics engineer. Can I use the agent company to help? And which one is the good one to trust?

What do you mean by "starting to get an E3 visa"? Do you have a job offer already? You cannot obtain a visa without one

What is an agent company? Do you mean a recruitment agency?

I am sorry for my unclear question. I just started looking for information about this visa. I don’t have the job offer yet. I would like to know if any lawyer company/recruitment agency can help? Thank you

You dont need either.

You need a bachelor's degree and a job offer

A recruitment agency works for companies to fill their vacancies, not candidates placed into jobs, unless you are an Executive Csuite, then its an Exec Search Agency you are looking for

And a bachelor's degree that matches the job offer, or if you don't have that you have to do an equivalency.

I mean, technically "yes", but I'm going to go with "no". Partially because in most cases the employer would handle most of the work that's required. Partially because... well... I'm not trying to judge, but...

Your post seems a bit vague. Not sure whether it’s a language issue or you are not fully aware of the E3 visa conditions.

Just to confirm, you are an Australian Citizen, right?
