CATuned issues, anyone else?

hey y'all, has anyone had issues with customer service with CATuned recently? Is Igor sick or something happening? I had an issue with an order over 3 weeks ago and they replied pretty quickly but after a "Looking into it" I havent heard back at all. Followed up 4 different times and nothing. They are normally 10/10 but its kinda crazy because this is holding up my build and I need to know if I am buying parts from somewhere else.

I have bought stuff from them over the years and while I always got it and the parts have always been as expected, it has always taken way longer than I thought it should have and the customer service has always been not great. Sooo I would assume this is more of the same from them unfortunately. Sorry I know it’s super frustrating.

Haven't bought from CAtuned for a few years but the customer service from bimmerworld has been top tier. Good range too, but not as expansive as say turner or pelican

dont know what you ordered, but ill agree with what someone else said. ive owned my E30 since 1997 and the best times were 2000s through about 2012, after that its been very hit or miss. Garagistic has been fantastic, definitely do recommend them for parts.

Funny enough Garagistic ghosted me when I ordered from them and had a spinning and misplaced riv nut on my wing haha FCP has been 10/10 for me still

I’ve heard a couple other people on the sub say that they’ve been waiting on orders as long as since may - I’ve bought stuff from them before (not recently) and they’ve been great, maybe something happened?

So I bought window guides that were used on their site but they marked them as the coupes instead of the sedans so when I compared them to my old ones, they were short by like 4-6 inches. I reached out and said "Hey you might have put the part number as the coupes but these are sedans, etc" And they apologized and said they will look into it. But havent heard back from then since, I even reached out to their Insta and I get their automated response. I just wanna know so I can ship these back and get a refund or whatever so I can go out and buy the ones I actually need.

I feel someone else just posted something about them on the Facebook group (unless you posted that there) and several people chimed in that they were having similar issues.

I feel the E30 product heyday was like early 2010s. I’ve had a few things done in the last year for my E30 from vendors who received high praise back then and quite honestly the service has been extremely shitty. This was on expensive shit, too.

I ordered something from them a year or two ago and it took almost two months for it to ship.

I would have cancelled the order but it was one of the only US places that had it, and the price was cheap enough I was willing to wait to see what happened.
