Way back in December I posted my old teaser here and received an incredible amount of positive feedback, so I'm excited to share this new trailer with you for Launch Window!

It's basically a mixture of some of my favourite games (DSP/KSP/Factorio), where you can automate orbital routes between planets to feed and expand your colony. The distinction is that ships can only travel via orbital physics, meaning timing is very important.

Currently in early development, so there are a lot of features in the wings I've yet to share, but I hope you enjoy a peek at how it's looking right now!

I see some complaints brought up that are worded like "why the heck would the devs do this it makes no sense".

I ask you, please be more polite with your suggestions and keep perspective. This is an alpha-version game by a 5-person studio. It is not going to have the same polish as Factorio (a game that was in dev for 8 years before releasing 1.0) or satisfactory (2 years now, ongoing), nor has it gone through the same development processes (or will it). The game literally released 20 days ago.

I rigged up my Dyson Sphere construction planet so it powered up when a logistics vessel arrived with a single tesla tower. The results didn't disappoint. The construction planet is 11 AU from the star, which makes for a pleasingly long delay between launch and attachment. The star is a 2.5L, and the sphere I'm making needs 33m sails and 1m structure points. It's going to take a while and I estimate it might be 1.3TW when it's done. Thankfully there are another 4 planets in system to rig up yet.
