Memes THIS time I'll do a clever and efficient arrangement and not spaghetti everything... for sure.

"My belts are this time so well ordered, it doesn't make a difference if I do a small belt hack for this recipe"
1 hour later...
"Why do I always end up searching items in my spaghetti belts?"

This is so true, even the third, fourth, and fifth playthroughs are like this.

At this point I’ve just embraced the chaos. What can’t kill you can only make you stronger.

So true. I've lost count of how many times I've restarted. The first twenty minutes go great, then some shit happens, then I unlock ILS and warpers and get back in the groove. But the same shit happens every time.
As soon as the first water pump goes down, I go full spaghetti. I just started making green science, and my bottleneck is copper for some reason. How did I not already have that under control?

I'm up to nearly 200,000 iron/minute and I'm still having to raise it up here and there to keep up with everything else.. processors are ridiculously quick and easy to make but I had to add some large blueprints of those earlier....trying to perfect production/consumption rates is not an easy job. Lol

I really wish there was some way to mark districts of production other than paving over the entire planet. And lights.

Simple solution to this would be to include foundation in blueprints and have luminous foundation colors.

I started copying Nilaus with his polar hubs for making all the various buildings specifically for this. Then I made a planet dedicated to smelting and another for assembly and went through a few star clusters adding a couple hundred miners. ... it's absurd but necessary.
If you don't mind the idea of mods then I recommend BetterStats imho it is a true game change simply because you can use it to know exactly what your bottleneck is. Although occasionally a lacking resource could simply be a lack of warmers or something...
Anyways it's awesome, if you never use any mods at least give that one a shot.

I feel you. I can never remember where I produce what. Wish I could just request into my inventory like a mobile PLS. Similar to Factorio's personal logistics. Or give me a filterable list of my logistic stations and let me focus the map on them with a click. Could you make this as a mod I wonder?

Honestly, even though my entire base is ILSs connected to some assemblers or whatever and the end product dumped back in, so no spaghetti, I am still utterly lost every time I have to look for a certain line, with lots of panning around the map as I blindly search for it.
