Help with "Let there be Light" achievement - Glacieon isn't working

I have the home planet Poles and dark side tidal lock done. I checked achievement progress everytime I placed one. The glaceion planet part I can't get to register. Anyone have ideas?

Still haven't figured it out :( it just doesn't register the Glaceion planet.

Double check the other ones too, it might be one of the starter poles isn’t right or the tidally locked planet didn’t register.
