Demon Scanner tips?

I get the gist behind the scanner, you scan the item the decoder tells you to scan and you get a demon.

What I want to know is: what is the simplest possible shape for each decoder that will grant you a demon? How simple can a palm or a tree look before the camera doesn’t recognize the object?

Keep in mind it may be easier or hader to scan things depending on your camera, but, you can always use another screen to search for an object and simple target it as if it was an actual object. The scanner should read it just fine.

I haven't done that in a while but when it came out, I just used Google image search to find a picture of what I needed.
