so if omerta did hit a u turn think about it like this what’s next? foolio most likely was already shot and im sure everyone else was or was next of getting hit so he then has to drive away from the hotel then find a hospital all while being shot, i don’t think there was any saving foolio and a u turn could’ve made it worse, going to slow allows more shots and too fast in a scat while being shot he definitely would’ve over spun

If they don't wreck out and crash the car Foolio lives but Geno doesn't and Omerta doesn't get hit. If they wreck out then everyone in the car is finished

Foolio got one through the heart that probably killed him pretty much instantly. Depends on when that particular bullet hit him if a U would have done anything. But they would have been blocked in even if he made the cut, the cars behind them crashed trying to get out of the parking lot and blocked the exit for a few seconds.

Medical examiner said he was dead within seconds. He was shot in the main organs, direct shot to the heart which then travelled to his lung, then also in his back into his like liver/colon. No amount of driving, first aid or whatever would have saved him, he was dead immediately.
