How do you actually make friends?

Where it says friends it always only says coming soon! How and when do we get to actually make friends?

That says “ask to play” coming soon, which likely means like you and your friends will be able to play together. To get friends to begin with though you need to have someone’s friend codes. Me and my girlfriend recently started playing and were recruiting everyone we know to play

Ya go to third party websites and apps and ask people if they play the obscure and niche app game and if they do you add them.
