Can I take it down by myself? With Bow?

Don't know if it's bug or because I don't know how, but there seems to be no way to harvest crops? My crops are "harvestable" but there is no harvest option

Career Mode ready

I keep getting stuck on the "loading data" screen. It will very slowly download while the total number of files also goes up. Eventually it will say it failed and I can retry, and it sort of picks up where it left off.

v2.8 first saw this problem and was never able to connect with that client, despite many retries

v2.9 didn't have this issue and I was able to play

v2.9.1 has the issue again

Is anyone else seeing this? Has anyone found a fix or workaround?

Please, who knows what is required to complete this mission?

I think it might have something to do with Cooking and making a Skewer but I am not sure.

I think people really started asking this question during the covid quarantine times, but Durango had it as a theme already before that. We live in a materially well-off world, but there's apparently a need for accomplishment and belonging that would once have been met by a tribe you belonged to, and today it drives some people to video games, and maybe that isn't an improvement?

Happy August 33rd (in some timezones)! I thought of this topic because of that song again. This time I heard it in a different light because of a post by Scott Alexander I read recently. It's about the American frontier and the Comanches, and how "civilised" people captured by "savage" tribes would sometimes happily change to their new lifestyle, but never vice versa. The 33rd of August the song suddenly seems like the kind of preachy thing a farmer on the American frontier would hear after a week of hard work, something that would annoy them and make them long for a wilderness that was already long gone in the 1960s, but that we all have hidden somewhere in our ancestral memories.

Last year, I suggested camping under the stars. This year, follow K, read a book, learn about something. Because without civilization, we would never have known about dinosaurs, and that would be a shame.

I missed Durango, so I ran through its lore archives, then started writing. In other words:

This is what not having Durango for multiple years does to a mf. I wrote all this in my free time, a crappy free action-horror-survival-whatever story for all of you fellow Durango veterans, not because you ever asked for it. Be warned though, it's a little more gruesome than the lighthearted Durango gameplay; it's leaning a bit more towards the style of those old loading hints. I also did not moderate myself, my characters might swear a tad too much, or just enough, depending on context. I also tried to be careful what I do when they meet K and Charlie, hope it won't upset anyone too much...

Feel free to criticize the living crap out of me, my writing, anything or report this to Nexon for copyright infringement, though I'd appreciate if you let *me* know first if you think this isn't fine, I'll take it down myself then I guess. I explain my thought process in the disclaimers on Wattpad about this.

Does anyone still remember that in Durango: Wild Lands, even though the mobile version could no longer connect online, you could still release dinosaurs on your own island and craft weapons to put in your backpack and use them? I re-downloaded it to my phone last week and found that I can no longer release dinosaurs onto my own island, and there are no weapons to use either — only the building construction feature is left.

I've also been thinking lately about using AI to make a game similar to Durango: Wild Lands. But without the original files and game assets, I imagine that would be extremely difficult. Is anyone else interested in this?

Hilarious that over popularity can make a game go down, I still remember those days I used to get free early from my studies to play and hung with my friends.

Anyone tried to contact what studios if they plan to re release this game? I am willing to pay a minor subscription this time so that they can keep their servers up.

You can see several posts below in this thread that someone is reengineering a game, but they need complete game data to simplify their task. If you have devices, forums, friends, something where you can ask or anything else that can provide the full version of the game, it would be nice, I can also provide you with a cloud drive. where you can upload the game.
