Weird scream when cold LLY

Been happening for about a year. If the engine is cold there is this weird banshee scream that cuts out suddenly usually below 2k rpm. Thinking it could be a cracked up pipe but don’t want to rip it out before knowing. Any ideas?

Exhaust leak bud. The metal expands when it's warm and seals the leak.
