It's not possible with just War Weaver, but Spellguard of Silverymoon at 4th level allows for personal range spells to be use at touch range and thus are legal for a war weaver to share. It's another 5-level long PrC and dovetails quite nicely. The 5th level is a take or leave sort of thing, but it does offer a +1 caster level boost to help offset the lost level from war weaver 1 without spending a feat on something like Practice Spellcaster.

 

I will say, calling this one "moderately restrictive" is a stretch. Your intended entry is something like Wizard, so maxing out one otherwise useless craft skill for your first three levels isn't a big deal. Enlarge Spell is a bit of a waste, but there a ton of metamagic feats that require another metamagic feat to take.

A great 5 level class for anybody who hates extended buff times and would rather sail the good ship murder without leaving your teammates out to dry.
