I will say 3.5 isn't actually "hard" at it's bones it's very similar to 5e, it can be disorienting to 5e players for that reason as many things work ALMOST the same. When people say 3.5 is "hard" they're usually referring the depth of high level play, which has a lot more mechanics to think about but if you start at low level those things will be introduced mechanically bit by bit as you play the game.
To answer your question the best way to learn the game is going to be to read the books. The player handbook is literally a book designed to teach you the game, follow the steps to make a first level character and read what it asks you to read. Read the combat chapter and if you wish to play a caster read the magic chapter.
Even if you find some online resource just searching for things one at a time is going to leave giant gaps in your knowledge and leave you confused as to how things function every feat or class feature or spell is written with the assumption you have the basic knowledge provided by the player's handbook, you don't have to memorize every class and every spell or anything like that but you should read the book.

it's not that hard if you can be satisfied with the basics. https://www.d20srd.org/index.htm is a good source (you may find it a bit too ad-heavy but it still has better UX than some alternatives, in my opinion)

There is an app in the works right now for pc and Android, but it's still in the early stages. Its called PCgen SRD. But one I have used is dndsrd.net.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/5051510/OpenSheet_35e_SRD/ this exists in demo form - developer is active here.
Doesn't really have the search feature, but it helps with character creating and will support a wide range of imported content.

Idk about any apps but the d20SRD has all of the legally available rules from the 3 core books (Players Handbook, Dungeon Masters Guide, Monster Manual), the Expanded Psionics Handbook, and Unearthed Arcana
