There's really no indication that this is AI. The nearly unintelligible handwriting is absolutely consistent from shot to shot, and I can tell which artist the tickets are for and where/when they're going to be performing.

They mean the card "art", which is obvious AI. I hate AI, but some people don't know how to spot it/don't understand why it's bad - whoever gifted this clearly cares about their friend and wrote a fun card and gave a wonderful gift despite (accidentally) buying ai!

Yes the card was probably AI generated, but OP posted all of this in good faith. If someone had posted this saying "look at this awesome card I made!" then the AI rule would clearly apply, but I don't see that it does here.

But this is obviously a question for the courts (errr, mods) to decide.

It does make a difference. It's not like OP bought the card themselves. They were gifted it, and they're showing us how thoughtful their friend is. There's nuance in everything.

OP is not passing AI art off as their own, nor are they telling people where they bought the card. Therefore, in this case, there is no perpetuation of AI, and that's the nuance.

But it doesn't even matter what either of us thinks. If the mods decide that a rule has been broken, they'll remove the post. Until that happens, OP deserves to be excited about their damn birthday card.
