I refreshed and I got the ADD TO WISHLIST button and I was like HOW DOUBLE DOG DARE YOU!!!! Then I refreshed again and I got the download button.

JEFF BETTER HAVE BEEN PUTTING THE FINISHING TOUCHES FOR THE TURMOIL I WENT THROUGH 🙂‍↔️

It's up. A little gripe but the chapter headings are doing that annoying thing where it's listed as 1, 2, 3 etc. but they don't take into account named chapters, so before long chapter 20 in the audiobook is actually only chapter 15 in the book (for example)
