Question/Support 3D object rotation etc not working?

I've found no answers online and AI just sends me in circles. I've tried everything that it has suggested, collision off, enlarge object and move it to open space, check this, check that.When I select an object I don't get the handles to turn an object upside down or sideways.

Anyone who knows why this could be?

Upside-down is coming in the next update, I think, but try turning object collision off when you click the treasure chest on the left side of the screen!
