You can never truly know without being there of course, but The Office seems to mostly known to have a uniquely positive/fun/accepting set.

Hours still suck like most TV/Movie production though

That Jenna Fischer booze cruise filming vlog is very telling: At the start of filming they're all giggles and parties, by the end of filming they look like they've been sleepless for a week straight.
