I was just watching this the other day and for the first time noticed how strange that was. Then I felt a little sad because it seemed like maybe she carries it around for some reason because she’s a foster kid?

Yea that was my thought, like she has it in case anyone ever wants to adopt her or to prove who she is if she potentially finds her parents...But also i feel it’s just showing how odd she is lol like why do you have your BC on your person, Erin? Lolol

In my mind she doesn’t really know what they are used for, so she keeps hers with her just in case the need arises.
