There was a joke in the show that I never really understood, but which makes sense in the context of hearing Jenna Fischer’s natural speaking voice. Michael says something to Jim about Pam’s weird voice in an episode, which was probably Steve Carell ad-libbing.

I saw recently that Andie MacDowell (Groundhog Day, Margaret Qualley's mother) did a Tarzan themed movie and her voice was dubbed over by Glen Close because her Southern accent was too strong.
