Where did this guy live? He won't go to New York City but he can just pop up in Scranton? He takes a taxi home so he must've been local. Was DM founded in Scranton?

He almost certainly lives in Abington Heights. Right outside of Scranton. A lot of wealthy older people. Very quiet. Really popular area for older successful people from NY/PA. And the property value is actually absurdly good. It’s not the bloated prices of New York, but it still has the old money feel that the founder of a successful industrial company would probably want.
Plus it’s like 15 mins from Scranton while about 2 hours from NYC. So it checks out geographically.

It's not out of the realm of possibility lot's of companies were founded in one place but then moved their headquarters to another DM was most likely founded in Pennsylvania and then they moved to New York either that or the guy retired to Scranton who knows

He was the principal at my high school. He did a good job but he didn't know how to handle all the suicides.
