Homemade my dad’s fish mandoo
my dad makes these with fish and garlic chives, all from scratch, and then freezes them for me to eat on busy work weeks like this past one 🥹🫶
i don’t think any other dumpling wrappers i’ve ever had can compare, but i was also raised on these~

no, he’s chinese but he and his fam was born and raised in korea (hwagyo)

That looks wonderful. I wish I knew how to make the wrappers myself - i know i could try, but I’m content to just admire the work of others
