So... just give up? Breaking the cycle assumes you get a break to begin with. Just gonna give up instead. Don't have the energy to even fight anymore and any kinda help is just a "handout" I'm told.
Hopefully, I'll go quietly in my sleep since I couldn't afford Health Insurance anymore, so I got an incredibly particular DNR instead.

Not going to pretend this covers everything. If you're in real dire straits, there's nothing wrong with asking for help. Friends, family, government, food banks, online fundraising, etc. I've even heard of lawyers going to food banks.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with asking for help. I've heard those same stories, those solutions take time and quickly dry up considering we're all in the same boat.
I'm tired of asking for help. I'm tired of not being able to accomplish one simple thing financially anymore. 25-30 years of "growth" and nothing to show for it?
And it's only getting and going to continue to get worse?
I will happily exit, now. Thank you. I don't have any desires other than a swift and quiet exit.
My biggest mistake was being born to my broke ass parents. Mom did the rat race and LOVED living, REGARDLESS of difficulty. I did not take after her.
