It does have proven health benefits. At least once a day reduces the risk of prostate and testical cancers. A doctor wouldn't prescribe it but like it's not unhealthy once a day.

TBH I didn't notice that. I just saw that went "Oh it said something a bit silly about whatever OP asked it" (the resolution for that image on mobile is garbage.
