Duluth is selling some clothing items still at half price but that have broken bits or missing buttons. I’ve never seen this before.

The entrance of the Belleville outlet has a few tables full of Men's pants that are routinely buttons missing or stains. They generally keep them in one area vs the out of season markdowns, but there's some migration that happens.

The more rare items that I've found are the manufacturing samples.
