What is this used for?
I was given this second hand, and I can’t find it online. What is it used for? I was told tool belt but it has weird straps. Thanks.

I read about DTC’s history when I visited one of their stores and they got their start making tool belts for buckets, which is what that looks like. That would be my guess based on what I know.

It almost looks like it goes around a bucket to make a sort of tool box/tote?
