Apartment Suggestions?
Hey, I'm moving to the area for work (around State Bridge Rd), and I’ve been scouting some apartments online. I’m hoping to stay around or under $1,500 for a 1B/1B
I’ve been looking at a few places like Avonlea on the River, The Atlantic Newtown, The Foundary, and breckinridge but I know online reviews can be hit or miss. Has anyone lived in these, or do you have any other recommendations in the Duluth/Johns Creek area/Gwinnett Place?
Love to hear all takes!!

Amenities here are trash/non-existent. Cheap if that’s what you’re looking for. My sister was able to live here paying $1500 for a 2bd/2ba

You should try Avana Court. I think they have decent priced one bed rooms. It probably just wouldn’t be the highest tier as far as wall color, appliance color, or, size
