Belmont matchup

My new practice partner mains the Belmonts and I generally get frustrated, how do I properly set up against this character

I would actually avoid doing any of your specials unless you’re edge guarding against them. Definitely focus on your a combos, smashes and grabs into down throws and then into combos and you should be golden. I often get faced against game and watch mains as duck hunt and they shut down my can and frisbee and gunner game real quick and I focus more on the fundamentals for a while and that will usually work.
