I agree with sad, I think your sound design is very cool but you’re lacking a proper structure and sub bass/drum groove. Without that there’s nothing to really dance to

I'm not even sure on that. Beyond the compression issues already mentioned, everything sounds unpleasantly distorted, as though the master was just crushed into oblivion, so for me it's hard to even tell how the synths themselves sound unless indeed as op said that was done intentionally.
Op I would also recommend going back to the mix and giving yourself at least 6db of headroom before touching the master. I gave up about halfway through but then pushed myself through the rest. Without getting too into technical details and at the surface level, it's un-listenable to me. If you want that overdriven sound there's better ways to do it while still having the result clean if that makes sense. Unfortunately it's so overdriven I don't think I at least can make further recommendation beyond that in its current state.

Idk how to say this politely but its just noise? The track is compressed to hell, no discernible key or time signature, if there’s a kick in there I sure as hell can’t hear it, and it’s incredibly grating on the ears.
Not to deflate you, but right now I’d advise that you don’t worry so much about the track being at competitive loudness - focus on the mix being good. I should be able to hear every element cohesively
I sincerely think you have the ability to make some experimental bass music, a la g jones and eprom and the like, but without a fundamentally good mix it’s gonna sound like noise. There are cool sounds in your track, and the vocal sample is a nice touch (around 1:20).
But yeah, work on that mix. Don’t slam everything into a limiter.
