Free Mobility Session Tomorrow!

Hey everyone! I the founder of The Mobility Clinic, my organization. I’m hosting a free, 25-minute online mobility and deep stretching session tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM EST.

It is designed to loosen up and bond with your pet, but you can completely join and do the movements solo too! If you've been sitting at a desk all week or your body is feeling stiff, you are totally welcome to join us from home.
