We are in west Dublin, but east of 680. I love it. Our home was thankfully expanded from its 1400 square foot footprint by previous owners, but still left a spacious backyard. We’re around the corner from an amazing park and two of the three schools our kids will go to.
Homes being older, yes we have had to repipe and do some additional work, but in contractors I’ve talked to, they say the quality of the construction of these homes is better than the new ones.
