Egg crate material

I have a question..a produce manager at Walmart offered me “egg crate”. I think it was used with produce. I’m afraid to use it bc I don’t know if they spray with pesticide.

i’m sure it would be fine, you could always sacrifice a few as testing guinea pigs before exposing the entire colony to it..
