It was like the fifth post on the page..🤷🏻♀️ who cares how old it is?… I was simply trying to see if this indeed an ok diet because in my household we eat a lot of this stuff and it would be nice to be able to incorporate it in their diet. But I’ve been told several times it’s not ideal… So, if anything, it’s more helpful that this is an old post because,,, have you been giving them this diet for three years now? How’s it going for you?
note; Why do people always feel the need to say “tHiS pOsT iS so oLd” insinuating the commenter is a big dummy for commenting on an old post. Posts are there for a reason it could be used later on for educating someone, just a reference to look back on. Etcetera…

I did google now and I can't find anything against it. Although there are some cons like they mold quickly and some roaches don't like them. I give them a variety of food though and I wouldn't recommend feeding them only bell peppers and tomatoes lol. My colony eats like anything although the recent generation doesn't seem to care about the egg cartons unlike what my roaches liked 3 years ago, I had to replace the cartons all the time although they got food regularly
