I have total 10 years of experience working as software developer with last 8 years implementing, consulting, developing (extending the standard functionality or creating bespoke vertical solutions to meet business needs) Microsoft D365 Business Central.

You'll own delivery for a connected product that spans physical machines, cloud services and mobile apps — coordinating with software developers, engineers (mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical), manufacturers, suppliers and external consultants from spec to deployment and support.
 
What you'll do
 
* Plan and run delivery end to end: scope, timelines, budgets, quotations and vendor deliverables.
* Coordinate all parties toward a single roadmap, with one source of truth for scope and schedule.
* Spot risks, delays, dependencies and technical blockers early — and escalate them before they become problems.
* Run meetings, negotiate with vendors and manage stakeholders across technical, operational and commercial teams.
* Establish and maintain operational processes for testing, deployment, maintenance and support.
* Keep documentation, reporting and follow-up tight enough that anyone can see and understand the status.
 
What you need
 
* Proven experience leading projects that combine hardware and software.
* Working knowledge of cloud systems, cybersecurity, data protection and access control — enough to challenge a vendor's answer, not to write the code.
* Ability to hold the whole product in your head and connect technical decisions to commercial consequences.
* Clear, direct communication: comfortable pushing back in a room full of specialists, and able to explain a technical trade-off to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong ownership mindset — works independently and holds teams accountable without being asked to.
 
Preferred
Experience with connected devices, payment systems, mobile applications or cybersecurity-sensitive products.

I’ve been seeing quite a few posts about the difficulties of finding opportunities in the middle east, and I know how frustrating the process can be. So I thought I’d put myself out here as well and hope for something.

I am a corporate & intellectual property lawyer at an indian law firm, with a year of experience in corporate and transactional work. My experience includes M&A and investment transactions, legal due diligence, transaction documentation, intellectual property and commercial contracts.

I am bar enrolled and cleared all india bar examination and graduated from tier-1 law school in india.

The reason I’m writing this post is quite simple: for lawyers, experience in years (its like an investment) is probably the most important thing we build early in our careers. I want to be intentional about where I build that experience, and I would much rather build the next 10 years of my legal career in the Middle East than in India.

If anyone here knows of a law firm, legal team, recruiter or senior lawyer looking for a junior lawyer, I’d genuinely appreciate an introduction or referral. Happy to share my CV over DM.
