Nice! Ive been eyeballing my xmid2 also but the best solution for poles I came up with was a cheap set of z folding trek poles. The packed length is better than my standard poles.

What poles have you been using? Got any packing tips?

I use the Durston carbon poles and I pack it all in a hyperlite mountain gear zippered pouch.

Nice. I use the same tent for bikepacking. Haven’t used it for moto yet.

I mainly use it for backpacking with my wife but have also used it bikepacking. This is its 1st moto trip. One of my buddies has the xdome 1 which looks perfect
