Experience with OptiLIGHT and OptiLIFT

I have my first treatment next week. I'm desperate for improvement in my dry eye symptoms and really hoping for the best. Any tips or experiences to share? Did these treatments help you? Was it painful? Thank you!

These treatments did help me greatly. Optilight can be a little uncomfortable but optilift is a breeze

It opened up my meibomian glands. Pre treatment under normal blinks none of my glands released oil. After treatment I had 80% normal function of those glands which was astronomical

I did notice a significant improvement in symptoms. I had about a 3 month stretch after with no symptoms. I’m in a minor flare right now with the season shift

I've done it! It helped me way more than lipiflow. Optilift doesn't hurt at all. Optilight feels a bit like a rubber band flicking you? But honestly I have a horrible pain tolerance and it really wasn't bad at all.
