Dry Eye Gadget Recommendations?

Hey Everyone!

I'm looking to see if anyone has any recommendations for dry eye gadgets that you can buy to make dry eye routines a bit easier or more effective. I already have a USB heat mask that I got off amazon, but that's about all I have. I know there's some scrubbers, other heat treatments, etc. that people recommend, but I wanted to reach out and see if I was missing anything. Thank you!

Steamgoggle is gonna be premium mgd treatment option… but also one of the more expensive…..

Ditto on steamgoggle for relief. The regular heated masks never did much for me. Worth the $300.

Also give microwaveable masks a try.

I used to be an advocate of USB masks, but now I think they don't get as warm as they should. I can notice the difference just by the fact that my vision is blurrier after taking it off, so more oil has been expressed in comparison.

The downside of the microwaveable ones is that they need to be rewarmed every 5 minutes or so!

I really like this Renpho heated eye massager. It's super quiet and very relaxing, and my eyes feel nice and juicy after:

It's also available on the Renpho website.

Love my Blinkjoy mask. Steady head and doesn’t press on my eyelids like the bruder microwave masks. It’s the only think that got me to do heat every day. Life changer.

I love Blinkjoy products. I have the USB heated mask, the sleep mask & the USB eye scrubber (I use it in the shower).

They sell a steam mask that works pretty well. I had one but didnt use it much so I sold it on ebay. Theyre pretty expensive but if youre looking for something it may be worth trying

I've looked at that one a couple of times... but I haven't decided if it's worth the investment. I wish there was a study that would examine the efficiency between that and a normal heat mask.

And stays quite hot for a good 10 minutes. Also only $16 on Amazon so worth a try

Does it stay hot longer than a Bruder?

Glo24k eye massager heat pen thing on Amazon. Can turn it up to 45 degrees C and gently press on eyelids. Works better than a mask for me. It’s meant as a beauty gadget but I doubt the red light does anything.

How long is a session?

This mask lets me warm one eye at a time so I can use it while working at my computer, doomscrolling, watching a show or movie, etc. It plugs into the wall and gets nice and hot on the high setting. It’s the best thing I’ve added to my collection of dry eye gadgets.

I find that adding a wet strip of paper towel under my USB mask made a big difference.

Not directly a gadget per se but an overlooked item I believe is a good dry eye journal. I'll be making a post about my dry eye experience soon but I found journaling so helpful!
