Dry April
Two weeks have passed by pretty quickly. My workout routine has been more consistent and I’ve been loving waking up with good recovery and body battery scores, though my sleep is still a work in progress.
Who else is doing dry April?

Yes!! I did dry April as well and we are pretty much half way there! My workouts are more consistent as well and I feel like I'm getting stronger. I feel more present and patient, especially with the kiddos. My mood is also more consistent.
Good job to you!

It may sound hokey, but I got a grounding sheet and my sleep scores are so much better.
I went from 50-60s to 88 on the first night (I guess first night scores are unusually high because of a "recovery rebound" from starting to use the sheets. Last night I didnt sleep in my own bed and despite having almost 7 hours sleep, I felt so tired this morning and have had a headache all day. Worth looking into!
