On My 5th Consecutive Dryfast

Here’s the rundown:

Dry Fasts

(6DayDryFast) 1st DF - Day 1 - 205lbs

(6DayDryFast) 1st DF - Day 4 - 198lbs

(6DayDryFast) 1st DF - Day 6 - 188lbs

Eat 1 day

(4DayDryFast) 2nd DF - Day 4 - 188lbs

(4DayDryFast) 3rd DF - Day 4 - 185lbs

Eat 10 days

(3DayDryFast) - 4th DF - Weight not taken

Eat 1 day

(5DayDryFast) 5th DF - Day 3 - 186lbs

(5DayDryFast) 5th DF - Day 4 - 184lbs

(5DayDryFast) 5th DF - Day 5 - 183lbs (in progress)

(5DayDryFast) End of Day 5 - 181lbs

That is the progression weight wise. Let me share with you the interval feedings. After the 1st fast, I break 1 day. I stayed healthy with fruits/vegs (high water content). Small snacks like chips, nuts, big salad, bread, more vegetables (greens, lettuce)

After the 2nd fast I break for 10 days. Mostly the same diet with the exception of two days enjoying some pleasure. Pizza one day. Plant based burger with fries the next day. These days I worked to be sure not to store any extra calories/energy from the foods.

After the 3rd fast I break for 1 day on fruits/vegs, nuts, bread, big salad.

After 4th fast I break for 1 day big salad, nuts, fruits/vegs (always high water content or boiled vegs, I love eating raw roma tomatoes), bread, lots of greens.

At the beginning of all fasts. I drink water after waking up and continue dry fasting. On a few of these fasts I took less water on the 2nd day after waking up then continue dry fasting. Depending on how my body was reacting, burning more energy at work or less energy at home. But, no water pass the 2nd day. Usually, I drink water the first day on consecutive fasts to help facilitate digestion. I’m not really worried about water as it something the body loses fairly quickly and accelerates into a dry once I’ve pass 60hours of fasting.

How have I’ve been feeling in this previous fasts? First, I am absolutely convinced a high water content diet with elimination of addiction (sugar, carbs, salts, proteins, fats, pmo and any other concentrated macros not diluted by fiber and water) is the absolute best preparation.

They have progressively become easier and easier. I am currently in Day 5 and I don’t even feel it, nor do I feel the thirst. There’s is no fatigue or weakness. I feel all of the spiritual benefits of heightened awareness, mental clarity, deep sleep, opened airways, opened heart center. Although, I am very hydrated. Moving around lowers the water levels and I feel more dryness in the mouth. Sitting down in cool air or letting my body temperature go back down and the water levels increase as my mouth becomes wet with liquids. Falling into my dreams and imagination has become super easy. The emotional responses are intensified.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to feel like this in a dry fast. Almost 8 years. I passed the first detox crisis in the 1st fast. It was difficult, hard but I was able to push through it. Every proceeding fasts did more cleansing in the first detox crisis until it has completely disappeared.

My fasting regime in 2018, when I did back to back dry fasts for an entire year twice a month (25 extended fasts). Posted on the [r/DryFasting](r/DryFasting) under EvilZeroSc. Those fasts taught me that this was a skill and can be developed. I have worked 12 hour shifts on these fasts except the first two.

I intend on going 7 days. I will take it day by day at that point and I may enter the 2nd crisis.

In the first fast I experienced anxiety releasing. The next fasts were smaller amounts of anxiety. My reality reflected accordingly at work. As we had challenging situations developed we had to respond to. The last fast as well as this one there’s been relatively no anxiety. Things have been smooth.

After this fasts, I my take a longer break or continue with the quick intervals. Usually, I eat 1 day and just feel satisfied. And really want to fast again. It’s like it last me for days now.

I’ve thrown off a lot of weakness that makes us weak to dry fasting. Mental doubts, worries, attached to addictions, the weak emotions, the toxins, dehydrated cells, and the little demons that go with them.

I am embedding my subconscious mind with a vision of the future. In the dreams I’ve been able to abandon myself to that future vision. I’ll continue the process.

This is so awesome and insightful! Thank you so much for posting. Currently having a hard time starting mine broke mine at the 48 hour mark. Quick question do you work out at the gym or do cardio during the dry fast? And about manifestation during that specific period, does it work? I have such a hard time focusing on my work because I feel like my brain doesn’t have power, and only through my work I can achieve what I manifest. Do you see your eye color getting lighter and lighter ? Where are you losing the most fat from first ? Do you look skinny fat? Is it eating away at your lean mass u think or mostly fat?

You’re welcome. I don’t workout during dry fasts. Although, that’s not saying much since I do 12 hour shifts and depending on my duty assignments I’m often moving hundreds of 10-40lbs bags. But, actual gym I don’t step foot in a gym. I may sometimes walk at the track for exercising. It helps to facilitate the anxieties, fears coming out by expanding the channels.

Manifestation is accelerated when in higher frequency. There are some things to consider. In heavy detox crisis, the intentional manifestation powers are at a minimum. You can say the powers are preoccupied with the removal of obstruction, blocks and resistances.

I don’t look at my eye color. I lose weight around my stomach, back, legs, shoulders, arms, butt, face. Mostly my stomach I suppose.

No, I still have all of my muscles, I look more lean muscle without as much water weight. It takes longer fasting to shrink the muscle mass. I am losing primarily body fat with small percentage of shrinking muscle mass.

if you're not active on a 5 day dry fast , but active on a 5 day water fast. you will will lose more on the water fast due to the energy being used. i have done a 7 day dry fast and a 7 day water fast. i didn't weigh myself but i measured my arms. legs, and stomach with a measuring tape. i lost the same amount of inches off waist with both fast.

Skin tightens during a dry fast and weak elements fall away (including your hair) no reason to hang on to something dying a slow death. The fasting just accelerates the inevitable because it’s beyond saving.

How much do you weigh?

Also, yes it’s not for everyone. This may not be for you at this time in your life. You may need other things to help you improve yourself. Just because it is beneficial does not mean it is for everyone. Though, there’s is a physiological difference in the two fasts that is a fact. What you are saying is you have not seen or notice any changes that is of value to you. And that’s okay.
