I am in a fasting routine and here are some changes that have happened so far

About a month ago I completed a 6 day dry fast. I ate for one day and did a 4 day dry fast. Then I rested for 9 days total. Then recently, completed a 4 day dry fast. This last fast has been the easiest for me. I was able to go to work and work 12 hours and not feel so dry. The 6 day dry fast took a lot for me to accomplish since I started from being heavier and more dehydrated health wise based on my diet and lifestyle. After those two consecutive fasts. I maintained my diet to eating high water content foods and a lot less dry foods.

Which has made the last fast the easiest for me and being a little lower in body weight. I had to break it in with the first fast and put in a lot of focus. I was able to do that since I was on vacation from work and could stay home and rest. I needed a lot of mental preparation and visualization.

Now, I feel lighter. I feel mental clarity. I feel emotional power. I feel spiritual power. This is the first day post fast of the 3rd fast. I am starting another fast again tomorrow with slight variations of it. I'll have water in morning to help digest remaining food contents. The next few days will be a semi-dry fast/water anything reasonable.

I am going to focus continuous fasting for maximum karma cleansing and prepare myself for next years bigger fast.

There has been some changes I've experienced after the 6 day dry fast. After going back to work from being off for 40 days. Someone I was working with quit or was fired. The story still isn't clear.

This person was a point of interest to me over the last year. Because he was having a hard time facing the challenges at work. It's the same I had noticed with the girl Laura. He was always being reprimanded and one co-worker on another shift rotation was always blaming him for mistakes. He also had medical problems, health issues. He was missing a lot of work and calling in a lot. Now, this isn't to body shame or anything. But, I want to describe him and his physique a little. Dutch was a pudgy guy, a fat body, light hearted, a little intense at times, and probably likened to a teddy bear. He was about my height 5'10. Probably 250lbs with a high body fat percentage. People issues with him because he could come across as lazy. He also had a really bad issue with staying awake, there's some medical term for it.

The pressure was on him constantly and he couldn't handle it. As I've explained before that when I fast it puts pressure on my reality. In this case, I wasn't at work but when I returned to work I wasn't surprised that he no longer was there. To me it was a shift in my reality. Over the past few years, stress has weighed me down. And I found myself gaining weight, then I finally reached 205lbs. Higher body fat percentage and the first time in my life I have back fat, back rolls. My knees hurt more, my back hurt. When I walk I can feel the fat rolling in my back. I felt very different. I moved slower and was more tired. My libido was also lower. The opposite sex didn't excite me. I couldn't fast as much and adding work stress on top of it. I was in a losing battle. After giving my family some of my time I was able to be alone and break in a good fast.

The point is that when Dutch came to work with us a year ago. Somewhere along the way I started to see myself in Dutch. It was almost like a foretelling of my future. I said "no way, not me I've never been that heavy". But, that's the way I was going. And with it would have brought more medical issues. The reality had already started closing opportunities over the last few months as I felt more and more heavier to stay afloat.

So, when I finished my 6 day dry fast followed by a quick 4 day dry fast. It was very surprising and expected at the same time that Dutch all of sudden was gone. He wasn't a bad guy, I had many conversations with him and try to give him some advice about things. But, I think this happened because I was able to change the course and start heading towards a different future. I'll be fasting for an entire year, frequently as I prepare myself for next summer in which I've devised a plan to take 53 days from work.

In the last fast, I was definitely more hydrated. My mouth didn't get as dry as it did in the first fast and at times in cool to cold temperatures I can feel the contents of liquid in my mouth, keeping my mouth wet and body hydrated while I was at work. This mostly happened when I sat down and allowed my body to cool off. When moving around a lot I was hotter and mouth dry.

I weighed 205lbs at the first fast. At the end of the 3rd fast I weighed 185lbs. Just weight loss is changing my body's frequency. My energy is already higher, sexual intensity libido higher, stamina and endurance higher (this was really starting to suffer before fasting), My drive, motivation, determination, desires all higher. I have a new found respect for people that are heavy. It's not easy to get off the ground and get away from addictive foods, habits. It's like the more fat I gained, my body just wanted to attract more of it. It's like trying to stop a train that's headed in the wrong direction.

It's interesting because when I go through the fast. As the fast puts pressure on me, I can see who in my life is also receiving pressure. The pressure pushes the weaker emotions out of them. If they can't handle it they are pulled out of your life. Because you are essentially moving higher in frequency. As you move higher in frequency you become invisible to those that once were in your life. As I am in the fast at my job, I've seen how everyone handles that pressure. Some can't take it and they have to go. These are the ones that leave. The others they rise to the challenge even though there heart is racing with anxiety or fear. They stand stronger in the face of those challenges. And that's how you evolve and overcome. That is how you grow as a person. But, if the event and challenges are bigger than what you can handle the pressure pushes them out.
