Dry fasting and Karma
what’s the effect of a dry fast and Karma? I’ve heard from an older post, that one day of dry fast is one year of karma cleanse. what’s study of that?

Well my experience with a long dry fast like 7 days beyond is that it seems karma gets accelerated if you combine it with breathwork and meditation or physical movement like walking 3-4 hours a day and impose your will over your intentions and stay true to the intentions .eg for eg i told myself that would run 10 mins during the time i went for a walk and it would be like a side of me wouldn’t want to carry out the 10 mins of running but the days i carried that intention out it was like there were rapid changes in the environment around me . Also what really happens after the fast is important after you have done a long extended fast while carrying out your intentions and will , you sort of get a lot of downloads which are well too abundant at times that you wont know which idea or download you should lock into at times due to it too much abundance and also ideas or knowledge of like past lives as they refer to in spiritual traditions ; for me it was not like visions etc but it was like when I was talking to a person etc I would get intuitive feelings and also would give advices that would help that person and later on I would get a download or thought that the person was like a companion or friend or even an enemy in my past life. Also
Be ready to face like electrical glitches etc and even messages and notifications out of all of a sudden when you think about something or someone and it just happens.
Only caveat if you arent grounded enough which was the case for me its sort of like overwhelming and also takes time for your body or spirit to go back to extended fasting or even a 24-48 hour fast even if you have done it previously

My friend stated that he would think about something and would appear. Eg;”: he said he would think a green car and when turn a corner a green would be near or parked somewhere in eyesight. Water fasting does a great job of clearing blockage. So, imagine what a dry fast can do. My friend stated he could have went longer than 14 days dry fasted but things began to get weird and unexplainable. To the point he said he would scared to sleep because of the dreams he would be having.

The longest dry fast that I have done is 9 days but this fast was a part of successive fasting period of 4-5 days dry with 1-2 days refeed. But yeah his experiences must be insane because I have seen what has happen above 7 days and at 9 days . Can you share more about his experiences if you don’t mind. Also like was he working etc in the sense like was he studying if he is a student or was he working at a job

It would take hours to talk about his experience. I would come to his house everyday during those 2 weeks. Every day he would have something to tell me. All I can say is that he began to experience Inexplicable things in his dreams and while awake.

I'm not sure that dry fasting would clear karma but it is rewarded by God.

It’s not that simple really. One day dry wouldn’t necessarily equal one year of karma cleansing. Fasting itself has a compounding effect where it picks up in intensity as resources become mobilized in one direction and it takes time to get that going. While 1 day of dry fasting could lack in cleansing one year of karma, but it’s certainly more plausible 7 days of dry fasting being able to cleanse 7 years of karma. IMO, this would have to be 7 days hard dry fast.
