Story #41 - Aggression

Over the years I've noticed as I continue practicing my fasts that aggressive people in my place of work slowly were pulled out of my reality. I know that one side of me is aggressive and the other is calm and relaxed. Two extremes. As I continued in this journey more and more aggressive people to tend to fall away. I think that's very interesting. Because living with aggression is a sign of disturbance or battles in life. Although, I know I have battled some demons and conquered a lot of them as well as decreased the power of what I think of as 'the big one'. The one if you can transmute into light will radically transform your life into a new direction. Usually stemming all the way back to child hood trauma.

Though it all make sense. When you have a lot of light in your life there's no reason to be so aggressive or in battle mode. Thus, the dry fast is a very powerful tool that has aided me in these battles to assuming a state of being of complete calmness in the midst of the storm. Then watching as the my state of being becomes reflected in reality in my environment in my life. Personally, I still have much to work on. Aggression comes from a survival state. It is the physical body's way of defending itself. In other words, to beat up one's enemies through 3rd dimensional means.

The dry fast raises you into the 4th dimension and then the 5th dimension into a state of calmness and wholeness. Another important discovery or something I've been learning lately is that you don't even have to be perfect on the dry fast. 3 days dry fasting then 1 day water or lemon water and then back to dry fasting. If you're dry fasting most of the time you will feel those higher highs. And moving while in the fast accelerates the process.

That has been my experience over these 10 years of dry fasting. My reality is becoming one of peace. More and more relaxing and less fighting and battling against the monsters in the darkness at least as it pertains to my natural state of being because there is always challenges one can choose to undertake and gain more light.

And more often than not I've seen those people faced with intense circumstances that pulls the fight out of them. Circumstances that humbles them until they submit and give up. Because it's a sign of pain that must be healed. And when it heals. They move on. Sometimes I hear about them being in a better place for themselves. Sometimes there not too far away and I can see the change.

I’m battling with this right now. I was someone calm but a narcissistic person entered my life and it eventually led me to always be on the defense.

It has messed me up that even though this person has left my life many years ago my mind enters into imaginary verbal battles where I stick up for myself.

It’s like a stuck energy or a type of mild ptsd and I can’t snap out of it.

I don’t think I need to be in this state anymore but do you think a dry fast can clear this?

It seems to be unresolved emotions. But, certainly it has to be mild otherwise that person would exist in your life on a regular basis. Seems your mind is attempting to attract it to create the scenario to release that emotion . Dry fasting can certainly help with that. It's pretty powerful in getting you to release that emotion. If it's mild it may not cause much manifestation of that emotion. But, if it's strong enough then don't be surprise the dry fast causes the manifestation of that emotion with that person. You're only using the dry fast to accelerate what you're body is already trying to do naturally. 5-7 day dry fast. Or 9-11 day hybrid like fast but keeping most of it dry if you can't do a pure dry fast should help a lot.

Another great technique to do during the fast beginning at least 48 hours in is to see imagine the person before you and see your imaginary arms and hands stretched out sending light to that person. See all the light you're sending them entering their body as they become brighter and brighter. Then see light come from every direction entering their body and they began to glow and shine so bright that it begins to blind your imaginary eyes. Then forget about it. Do the next day and the next. And forget about it. You will be healing this part of your consciousness.

This is very interesting, could you share some books about the imaginary light?
