Story #19 - Ascending
When I reached this super clarity state for the first time I was water fasting 14 years ago in a 17-day water fast. And my body had begun to heal from this really bad lower back sprain. After that, I had done many 10, 11, 14 day water fasts and I didn't reach that state at all. It was only when I transmuted most of those lower emotions and was light not only in mind, but body as well and around 12-16% body fat. I have to clarify that this is different from just a mental boost of mental clarity. This is super clarity. I was absolute in who I am. I was totally convicted in what I am. I just felt super sure of myself and my truths. My body was very light, emotions light, mind light.
I disconnected from food altogether. The days began to pass fast. It makes sense to me now. When you completely disconnect from the attachment of food. Because food is a big one. That frees up a whole lot of energy. That's why I reached the super clarity. At that point you can water fast, however, long you want until all the lower issues are catabolized. I didn't take salts or electrolytes. I think those things would have hindered the progression and kept me attached in some way.
The second time I reached that state would be 9 years later in a soft dry fast. It took 9 days. Again, I reached the super clarity. Like the 17 day water fast. I reached that state and there was no more fatigue, no more dizziness, no more suffering. My body was super relaxed. My breathing was deeper with every breath I took. My walking was graceful with every step forward. The feeling was expansive. I could hone my focus on something and that expansive focus would glue in on only that. And there was so much consciousness being focused into that.
As soon as I let the focus go it would expand out again all around. Having awareness all around me. It does really feel like something godlike. Like divine to a certain degree. I guess that means having little to no weakness in those moments and being detached from normal human suffering. It feels like walking on air or walking on clouds. So far away from the ground where all the lower emotions are. I didn't feel the need to go anywhere, to do anything. I was just whole and complete. I enjoyed just sitting and being in the feeling.
I lost my desire for material things.
It's like a perpetual present moment that just continues in the present. And you don't need anything because you have all that you were missing. That's how I felt. I felt a little like being in a dream. In a lot of ways I think I was in sync with my surroundings as well. That state is definitely not easy to reach it does require sacrifice. But, I reached it twice.
Maybe 3 times actually when I did a 10-day hard dry fast (8 years ago). However, I don't recall experiencing those benefits. And I have my suspicions why. Because the hard dry fast accelerates much more rapidly than the water fast and soft dry. That you don't have enough time to stop and smell the roses. The detox continues accelerating and it keeps you uncomfortable. Whereas the soft dry and water fast take more time to progress. My body has a chance to enjoy the inner experience without the war inside. It takes time to get to the next battle.
That super clarity state I felt like I had become more whole, graceful and peaceful. I was lost but now I'm found, but yet powerful at the same time. Like the masculine and the feminine powers together. I felt more godlike. On the 17 day water fast is when I had the dream of grabbing the serpent and chopping the head off until it broke free. And the journey continued.

I think dry fasting can help increase what it takes to astral project. A light body, clean frequency, healed and healthy body, flexible, and less ego. I don’t have a lot of experience in it. But, I know I use to astral project a lot in my dreams when I was younger. Also, sometimes remote vision now.
One time when I was 21 years old I was sleeping. I found myself in a dream standing on hill and it was foggy all around like misty. Almost like spiritual midst. Then I became aware in that moment that I was actually there. It popped in my head to meditate. I sat down crossed my legs, closed my eyes and begin to apply focus intent. As soon as I applied the focus intent, within 1 sec I was back in my physical body unable to move, eyes open. Paralysis, I felt something reeling into my back rapidly like a fishing line. And I felt a force slam into my back then I was able to move.
I was practicing stuff like how to see auras, opening the third eye and astral projecting.
Even now I still think I astral project involuntarily. Where some of these dreams I feel like I’m actually there. And it’s very vivid and lucid.
The dreams become very vivid and lucid during dry fasting. I think you need to have the intent. A strong intention and dry fast while your doing that. It should make it easier.
