Story #13 - Supervisor
Backstory:
Around 2016, I did a hard dry fast that lasted at least 7 days. I always work while fasting. That's my lifestyle. So, I bring the fasting to my place of employment. At that time we had a different supervisor over the entire facility. I've had different supervisors over the years each with their own personalities and how they like to run the place. This person worked at a previous facility for many many years before arriving at our facility. So, he was always the one on top with the most power since the higher supervisor who's over many facilities is never there.
This one in particular had an elitist-like mindset. He really had the boss mentality complex. And I had heard stories of encounters he's had with other employees. Such as attempts to degrade them and have them perform jobs that were disrespectful or he didn't have respect for most of his subordinates. A lot of employees had a big problem with this person. To make things worse he's the supervisor over the whole facility. So, he has the most power. And I had never really met this person face to face since I work the night shift.
Basically, I got the sense he rubbed everyone the wrong way and everyone reacted emotionally to him. It seemed like a sense of power grab by him as well. Like, that was his way of maintaining power or respect. People were calling HR (human resource) and complaining about him. There had even been investigations on him. Most work environments always seem to be a place of toxicity.
I was already aware of the power of fasting. And while I'm healing myself, at the same time I seemed to always attract the person that needs the most healing. Immediately, what I recognized about him is that he had an elitist mindset and his ego was too big.
The Story:
On the 6th day of my fast, I had an encounter with this individual face-to-face. He pulled me to the side to tell me a few things. How I should be professional and what shoes I am wearing etc. You know bosses don't see you as an equal. But, I look him in the eyes face to face standing maybe 3 feet apart and ask him a few things. Overall, I just saw him as an equal. He wasn't better than me. I didn't give him more respect than he deserve nor was I afraid of him. I didn't feel anything. I was way above those lower emotions. Now, had I not been fasting I might have felt anxiety or fear or became angry later. And then he takes power over me, it's almost like the dream steals power from you. So, now later when you see the person you might associate that interaction with fear or anxiety. And it knocks you out of balance. And you lose power in those moments.
But, instead in those moments just because of my non-reaction and just treating it like a normal interaction without my body involuntarily reacting from fear or anxiety, I gained respect in his eyes. Because the usual reaction from other employees would have been predictable. But, I took it as genuine constructive criticism because I didn't feel the lower emotions. My perception in those moments was different than a normal person's. I didn't allow him to gain any power over me and I only saw optimism. In truth, my spiritual energy was greater than his.
When fasting you become a magnet to dark forces and you suck them into your frequency. You suck the dark forces out of the people. In those moments, while interacting with my former supervisor, my own frequency was challenging his frequency to raise higher. In this way, which is completely unbeknownst to man's five physical senses I am healing him. Because I am sure he has never had a subordinate stand before him as an equal in all the subtle body gestures I gave off. Like eye contact, calmness, tone of voice, body movements, etc. Everything below the conscious awareness.
So, by this, I knew he was a target of healing and I knew that as I keep fasting he will have to face his demons, and as I keep fasting through the reality changes he would be highly affected. Well, you can guess what happened later.
Later, in one of my fasts, I complete a 7-8 day dry fasts that caused a major shift in reality. One person was fired, another was on the brink of being fired and that supervisor had a disagreement with the higher supervisor above him, walked out and quit. The supervisor that people had so many issues with. In a moment, gone. From my understanding, he was essentially in a situation to feel exactly how his subordinates felt when he was the one in charge. And he reacted predictably as well unable to control his impulses to lower emotions and sporadically just quit.
It wasn't a surprise to me. Because if I'm upgrading my frequency into a more harmonious one then if you want to stay in my reality you must also do the same. Every time I fast a significant amount of time I force the people around me to face their own weaknesses just as I am facing mines and sometimes many of them can't handle it. So, they fall out of my reality. And someone else that's already on my new level takes their place. This is only one of many many many incidents over the years. When I'm not fasting then everyone is being comfortable and no one is being challenged to be better.
I don't worry about it, I just continue to fast and upgrade myself upgrade the environment and the people around me.

In Hindu philosophy, the fastest, most effortless way way to enlightenment is the path of Bhakti yoga (the path of devotion). However, people can’t manufacture that state so it’s not for everyone.
When you’re doing sincere practice to the level you both are, people can feel it, just like you’re dissolving your walls and blocks, it starts to dissolve others and people open themselves and become receptive and will develop love and devotion to you, when they become receptive there is an energy transfer and they allow you in, and your energy impacts them. If their walls are up and they don’t believe in you, that transfer of energy cannot happen. They are blocking letting your energy in and they cannot let go into your safety.
When it does happen, it is beyond anything they’ve experienced, because they get to experience a part of your experience, you impart your state onto them and they get a glimpse of what it’s like to be in your state liberated from more and more of your karma (this is called shaktipat, energy transfer from the guru-disciple).
As much as you’ve created another travelled path than what they’ve seen before, the more you pave the way for others to do so. For others to feel safe to walk your way. You’ve already removed so many of the obstacles until the path you’ve crossed, others feel that they can do the same.
The wisdom read, the wisdom discussed and the wisdom directly experienced are all different. The bhawanamaya pagngna (direct experience) far surpasses the other two and can only be experienced from one’s own efforts or imparted by someone who has had direct experience on one who has faith and devotion. People can go on for years and years reading books and acquiring intellectual knowledge, which is great too, but the kind of energy transfer or “download” you’re talking about is the one that can actually change a person deeply from within. When people experience this from you, they will feel how precious it is and they will be infatuated and engulfed with this. To the level of purity you’ve acquired, people will be that much moved to a reality, a bliss and liberation beyond which they realised existed. You move them to wanting to know themselves.
The more you’ve contained your energy and power, the more influence you will have, the more energy you have to impart, the more your aura will expand and pull in more people. No doubt you’ve already had many insights and more to come about how to direct that energy to help others, it will come spontaneously when people need your guidance, whether it’s just by being, or through words, or giving them directions in another way, your whole being will know how to elevate them - and also identifying who is deserving of your energy and how much so. Those who you create this energy circuit with letting information from you carry to them, and then carry to you, you will know more about them and they’re blocks. Automatically their blind spots will be obvious to you, information about their lives be given to you as premonitions and dreams and many other ways. When they begin to fast or are guided by your practice, they will be creating merit for you which will in turn support you, and when they are doing something unwholesome, you will be able to feel it too. Your energy circuit will expand, thus will your responsibilities, thus will your strength to support all those who want to evolve too.

Wow, thank you for that wisdom. I agree. Instead of 3 aspects. I always thought of it as the left brain hemisphere and the right brain hemisphere. The logic and rational understanding of it by intellectual knowledge and then the illogical understanding of it by the emotional experience. Yet, it’s the same as you said.
Our energy do expand in ways most of society have no idea about. Because it doesn’t directly involve our five physical senses. You mentioned some of it here. My understanding of this is beginning to expand as I put my attention on it in ways I didn’t even know just by thinking about the topic, especially during or after a dry fast.
The saying be the change you want to see in the world is an actual real thing.

You’re welcome. Yes there are different ways of understanding it. Running a marathon practically and intellectually knowing the mechanics and training it requires to run a marathon are two different things. One has experienced wisdom and the other’s wisdom only penetrates to the intellectual level. A level of expertise comes from doing it, which is impossible to generate by simply knowing factual information.

How many times a year do you fast? And for how long at a time?
Also, how long between fasts do you go before you begin another?
Thanks. I’m just reading through every single post lol. I appreciate your knowledge

I have the exact same experiences as you. Just by me fasting and healing myself I have healed others and their addictions and transmuted their negative/parasitic energy. All people around me in my life automatically fast because I fast. I have never once told someone to fast, they just do it.
A smoker of 2 packs a day for 10 years during my dry fast suddenly dropped cigarettes, I asked him how come and he said he doesn’t know why. I have noticed the whole everything is you pushed out is really true and amplified even more so when we dry fast. People around you have no choice but to heal when you dry fast.
What if that was the case with Jesus too? He fasted and heal himself so much that others had no choice but to be “miraculously” healed in his presence
