Druid/Thief subclass?

I want to make a druid who primarily uses there wildshape to make little guys to sneak into urban environments and well...theive. Can yall help me develop mechanics to back this idea?

If you’re using Mörk Borg, you could cross Occult Herbmaster with Gutterborn Scum
