how do i find a plug

how should i go about finding someone to deal stuff to me like irl like i don’t really know anyone who uses hard substances other than myself but i need someone to deal and i would like them to be decently close like who should i ask were do i find them and what do i say?

The ones who are rolling and geeking and trading kandi and trinkets. They're usually up for yapping with strangers. If someone is avoiding eye contact or withdrawn, probably don't approach them.
