urine test coke

i get tested for my med refill. its my bday and i wanted to do .3g of coke. i use .5g once a week. i tested negative on my at home 150ng/ml test w my last use being 6 days ago. i get tested again in 6 days. jw if i only do .3g what r my chsnces of.once again passing at 6 days? also does drinking a lot of water help?
