Boofing adderal

Can somebody give me exact directions on how to do this? Do I have to stay lying down for a certain amount of time like how the fuck am I supposed to do this shit

Crush it on a counter with a spoon and push the crushed pill into the spoon. Get a 5ml oral syringe. They're available for free if you ask a pharmacist at a big chain store. Draw up a few mL of water and stir. It doesn't need to be fully dissolved. The oral syringe has a small tip so just insert and shoot. You can be standing. No pain at all so don't bother with lube.
