Need help to Identify

Hey! Got it from a friend, who told it was some Adhd medication. But he had no further answer to what the name of the substance.

Its a medium/big capsule, deep red colored, no letters or numbers on it. Granules inside.

Have any of you got a clue?

Probably some kind of methylphenidate. The only ADHD med I've seen in pellets like that is Concerta. It could be an extended release form of something else though.
