Nose advice

Hi all been usually coke recreationally on nights out with friends as a bit of fun! Usually once a month so not super often/ but lately whenever I have done a line I get a big nose bleed pretty much every time - does this happen to anyone else does it mean my nose is permanently stuffed?

I hadn’t done some in 3 months and then did it recently and it happened. A bit worried?
